We are excited to be hosting our annual Giving Tree again this year for Sam Case Students. If you would like to adopt a child from our virtual tree this year you can fill out the form below. Each child on our tree is a Sam Case student and we are grateful for our community support to continue this important tradition for our students this year. After filling out the form below, a community volunteer or school employee will contact you with the grade and wish list for the child you have sponsored for the holiday season. All gifts can be dropped off at Sam Case Elementary unwrapped Monday – Friday from 7:30-4. We ask that all gifts be delivered by December 17th so that we can distribute them to families by Monday, December 21st. Thank you for supporting our families during this difficult time! Go Cubs!
