Transportation procedures at Sam Case
Each student has a transportation plan completed at registration. We ask that changes to the plan are made in writing as a note, fax or email to the office by 11:00 am.
Information must include:
- Child’s full name
- Teacher’s name
- Grade
- What is the Change: Walker, Parent Pick-up, or Busser
- Bussers must have address

Car Riders:
Please see the map below for our car drop off and pick up route. Doors open at 7:50 am and school begins at 8 am. Please watch for students that are walking to school as you drop your student off and do not park in the crosswalks as our student walkers need to have access to the crosswalks. Also, please do not block the driveways of our neighbors. Our Principal, Mr. Perez, made two videos below that are bilingual to show both routes from Eads St. and 12th St. We have our crossing guards and front door greeters out front at 7:50 am. We do not have supervision before then and we ask that your children do not arrive before 7:50 am for their safety. Dismissal is at 2:50 pm except on Wednesdays when we dismiss at 1:55. Walkers will be dismissed first and exit onto Eads and 12th St. Once walkers have left we will begin calling our car riders as their parents pull into the front of the school.

Bus Riders:
If you have questions regarding a bus stop, please contact First Student, Inc at 541-336-5101 or Lincoln County School District Transportation Liaison at 541-574-9487. Bus routes for the 2021-2022 school year are developed after student registration is collected. Routes will be posted online as soon as registration ends and the bus routes are established. Families of students who are registered for bus service will receive a call from First Student with their stop location and time before the start of school.
