Transportation procedures at Sam Case
Each student has a transportation plan completed at registration. We ask that changes to the plan are made in writing as a note, fax or email to the office by 11:00 am.
Information must include:
- Child’s full name
- Teacher’s name
- Grade
- What is the Change: Walker, Parent Pick-up, or Busser
- Bussers must have address
