Sam Case is committed to helping students and families in and out of school! Data shows that when students’ basic fundamental needs are met outside of the classroom, they are more successful in school. Sam Case is once again hosting our annual Giving Tree. If you have needs we will do our best to help. This year’s sign up looks a bit different as we are virtual. Below is the link to sign up your Sam Case Student for the giving tree. In an effort to understand each student’’s needs, we ask that you fill out this form. Parents or guardians of Sam Case students are invited to fill out one form for each Sam Case student and we will add them to our virtual tree. We ask that all forms be submitted by Dec. 14th so that we have a chance to match them and arrange for pick up of your items. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
